OSCE  QUESTIONS: 1.) As the patient is having sarcopenia, but her blood glucose on random blood glucose test is negative for diabetes,Is there any chance her Diabetes can be diagnosed after doing postprandial blood glucose test after 2 hours of her meals? This may be helpful to diagnose her underlying metabolic syndrome. 2.)As the patient is diagnosed Hypertensive one and half year ago,and not on any medication till now,ther will be a chance of 8ncreased vascular resistance.
